摘要
在武汉火神山医院医用氧气工程中,根据项目应急及现场复杂特点,合理选择供氧形式及氧气储槽,对氧气管道采用氮气保护焊,病房末端铜管管道焊接采用模块制作的方法,进行流水施工,大大提高工作效率,对供氧管线采用分段吹扫、整体保压的策略,氧气系统采用远程液位及压力监控,保证系统安全运行。工程顺利交工,系统完全满足新型冠状病毒感染患者对高浓度氧的治疗要求,系统运行稳定。
In the project of medical oxygen engineering in Huoshenshan Hospital,according to the characteristics of emergency and complex site,the oxygen supply system and oxygen storage tank shall be reasonably selected,the oxygen pipeline welding shall be protected by nitrogen,the copper pipe welding at the end of the ward is made of modules and constructed in flow operation,which greatly improves the working efficiency,the oxygen supply pipeline shall be purged by sections,overall pressure maintaining,the oxygen system adopts remote level and pressure monitoring to ensure the safe operation.The project is successfully completed,the system can fully meet the high concentration oxygen treatment requirements and run stably.
