丹参多酚酸盐对脑梗死保护作用的研究进展

脑梗死是临床常见的神经系统疾病之一,经治疗后患者多遗留有言语不利、肢体运动功能障碍等后遗症,生活质量差.丹参多酚酸盐是从中药丹参中提取的一种以丹参乙酸镁为主的水溶性化合物,其有活血化瘀、通络等作用,广泛应用于临床.临床治疗中发现丹参多酚酸盐能够有效地改善脑梗死患者的临床症状,减少遗留后遗症,减轻神经功能缺损,降低致残率等风险.现将近年来丹参多酚酸盐对脑梗死的研究进行概述,以期为丹参多酚酸盐对于脑梗死的临床使用提供进一步的参考和指导.

Cerebral infarction is one of the common neurological diseases in clinic.After treatment,most of the patients are left with speech impairment,limb movement dysfunction and other sequelae and poor quality of life.Salvia polyphenols are a kind of watersoluble compound,which is mainly extracted from Chinese traditional medicine salvia miltiorrhiza.It has the function of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals.It is widely used in clinic.In clinical treatment,it is found that salvianols can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction patients,reduce the residual sequelae,the nerve function defects,and the risk of disability.The research of salvia polyphenols on cerebral infarction in recent years is summarized in order to provide further reference and guidance for the clinical use of salvia polyphenols in cerebral infarction.
