中药活血行气汤用于老年气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛治疗中的药理价值体会

Pharmacological value of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Xingqi Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris with qi stagnation and blood stasis

目的:研究中药活血行气汤用于老年气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛治疗中的药理价值.方法:按照随机抽取的方式平均分为对照组与观察组,给予对照组患者西药治疗,给予观察组患者中药活血行气汤进行治疗,比较两组患者的总临床疗效率和总不良反应发生率.结果:观察组患者的总临床疗效率为95.1%(39/41),高于对照组患者的80.5%(33/41),观察组患者的总不良反应发生率为9.8%(4/41),低于对照组患者的19.5%(8/41),两组患者的差异比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中药活血行气汤用于老年气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛治疗中具有极高的药理价值,能够快速控制患者的心绞痛,并且不良反应发生率低,安全可靠,值得推广.

Objective:To study the pharmacological value of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Xingqi Decoction(活血行气汤)in the treatment of angina pectoris with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:According to the random selection method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Xingqi Decoction.The total clinical efficacy rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical response rate was 95.1%(39/41)in the observation group,which was higher than 80.5%(33/41)in the control group.The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 9.8%(4/41),which was lower than that in the control group 19.5%(8/41).The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Xingqi Decoction has high pharmacological value in the treatment of angina pectoris with qi stagnation and blood stasis.It can quickly control angina pectoris,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,it is safe and reliable,and worth promoting.
