天晴甘平与水飞蓟宾提取物联合治疗对慢性肝炎患者的血清肝纤维化指标及血脂水平的影响

Effects of Tianqing Ganping combined with silymarin extract on serum hepatic fibrosis index and serum lipid level in patients with chronic hepatitis

目的:观察与探究天晴甘平与水飞蓟宾提取物联合治疗对慢性肝炎患者的血清肝纤维化指标及血脂水平的影响程度.方法:选取2016年3月-2017年3月儋州市第三人民医院诊断与治疗的96例慢性肝炎患者为研究对象,将96例患者根据随机的原则分为A组(天晴甘平治疗组)32例、B组(水飞蓟宾提取物治疗组)32例及C组(天晴甘平与水飞蓟宾提取物联合治疗组)32例.统计与比较三组患者治疗后4周及8周的临床效果、治疗前及治疗后4周、8周的血清肝纤维化指标及血脂水平.结果:C组患者治疗后4周及8周的临床总有效率显著高于A组与B组(P<0.05),治疗前三组患者的血清肝纤维化指标及血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后4周及8周三组患者的血清肝纤维化指标及血脂水平均显著改善,且C组显著好于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而A组与B组的上述评估方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:天晴甘平与水飞蓟宾提取物联合治疗对慢性肝炎患者的血清肝纤维化指标及血脂水平的影响显著好于单用天晴甘平或水飞蓟宾提取物,在慢性肝炎患者中的应用价值更高.

Objective:To observe and investigate the effect of Tianqing Ganping(天晴甘平)combined with silymarin extract on serum hepatic fibrosis index and serum lipid level in patients with chronic hepatitis.Methods:96 patients with chronic hepatitis in the Third People's Hospital of Danzhou City in Hainan Province from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into group A(32 cases,Tianqing Ganping),group B(32 cases,silymarin extract group)and group C(32 cases,Tianqing Ganping combined with silymarin extract)according to the principle of random distribution.Then the clinical effect at 4th and 8th week after the treatment,serum liver fibrosis indexes and blood lipid level before the treatment and at 4th and 8th week after the treatment of three groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rates of group C at 4th and 8th week after the treatment were significantly higher than those of group A and group B(P<0.05),the serum liver fibrosis indexes and blood lipid level of three groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the serum liver fibrosis indexes and blood lipid level of three groups at 4th and 8th week after the treatment were significantly improved,and the levels of group C were significantly better than those of group A were group B,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),and those items of group A and group B were compared,differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tianqing Ganping enteric-coated capsule combined with silymarin extract has better effect on the serum liver fibrosis indexes and blood lipid level of patients with chronic hepatitis than that of only Tianqing Ganping entericcoated capsule and silymarin extract,so its application value in the patients with chronic hepatitis is higher.
