龟鹿二仙汤加减联合针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Guilu Erxian Decoction combined with acupuncture on Alzheimer's disease

目的:研究龟鹿二仙汤加减联合针刺治疗阿尔兹海默病的临床疗效.方法:借助计算机随机抽取2018年5月-2019年5月至日照市人民医院就诊的46例阿尔茨海默病患者作为研究对象,根据临床治疗方案进行分组.试验组患者使用龟鹿二仙汤联合针刺疗法治疗方案,参照组患者选择常规西医治疗方案,比较两组患者临床治疗效果.结果:试验组患者接受治疗后临床治疗总有效率高于常规组患者,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者接受治疗后简易智力状态检查量表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)评分高于常规组患者,组间差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:应用龟鹿二仙汤加减联合针刺治疗阿尔兹海默症临床疗效较好,建议在临床中应用.

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Guilu Erxian Decoction(龟鹿二仙汤)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.Methods:A total of 46 patients with Alzheimer's disease who were admitted to People's Hospital of RIZHAO from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected by computer and grouped according to clinical treatment plan.Patients in the experimental group were treated with Guilu Erxian Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy.The patients in the reference group were selected for conventional Western medicine treatment and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The MMSE score of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Guilu Erxian Decoction combined with acupuncture is clinically effective in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.It is recommended to be applied in clinic.
