中西医结合PBL教学法在干燥综合征教学中的应用与体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨中西医结合以问题为导向教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)在干燥综合征临床教学中运用效果.方法:选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二临床医学院2017年1月-2019年1月在中医教研室实习学生80人,随机分中西医结合PBL教学组和传统教学组,每组40人,中西医结合PBL教学组采用中西医结合PBL教学法,传统教学组采用中医临床传统教学法,学习时间均为1个月.比较两组学生教学后关于干燥综合征方面基础理论知识、综合能力、教学满意度,以评价教学效果.结果:在干燥综合征这个疾病综合认知能力方面研究组学生的成绩优于对照组学生的成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在该病的理论考核成绩方面,研究组学生的成绩优于对照组学生的成绩,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组学生在教学满意度方面优于对照组.结论:中西医结合PBL教学法在干燥综合征临床教学中效果显著,既能培养学生中医临床辨证思维,又能提高学生对干燥综合征临床解读能力,且能教学相长,有助于弘扬中国传统文化、培养优秀的中医药人才. Objective:To investigate the effect of the Problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method on clinical teaching of Sjogren's syndrome.Methods:80 students in the Chinese Medicine Teaching and Research Department from Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected from January 2017 to January 2019,and were randomly divided into the PBL teaching group and the traditional teaching group.The PBL teaching group adopted the PBL teaching method of Chinese and Western medicine.The traditional teaching group received traditional Chinese medicine clinical teaching methods,and the learning time was 1 month.To evaluate the teaching effect,two groups of students were compared on the basic theory knowledge,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of Sjogren's syndrome.Results:The students in the comprehensive cognitive ability study group of Sjogren's syndrome were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of theoretical evaluation results of the disease,the students in the study group performed better than the control group students,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The students in the study group were superior to the control group in terms of teaching satisfaction.Conclusion:Chinese and Western medicine combined with PBL teaching method is effective in clinical teaching of Sjogren's syndrome.It can not only cultivate students'clinical dialectical thinking of Chinese medicine,but also improve students'ability to interpret Sjogren's syndrome clinically,and can teach well.It will help promote Chinese traditional culture and cultivate outstanding Chinese medicine talents.
