微小卫星磁力矩器多目标优化设计与实现

摘要 在保证额定输出磁矩的前提下,为尽可能减小微小卫星磁力矩器的质量和功耗,提出1种改进的磁力矩器设计算法:建立质量和功耗模型,并分析磁力矩器的质量和功耗的矛盾关系;然后通过实例给出1个质量-功耗优化函数,计算出相关设计参数,最后对设计参数进行具体实现和标定。实验结果表明,改进的设计算法及多目标优化设计准确有效,使用该方法计算设计的磁力矩器已在“吉林一号”星座系列卫星上得到了充分应用。 In order to further study on the method to minimize the mass and power consumption of a magnetorquer with ensuring the rated output magnetic moment in the magnetorquer design for microsatellite,the paper proposed an improved magnetorquer design algorithm:the mass and power consumption models were established,and the contradiction between magnetorquer’s mass and power consumption was analyzed;then a mass-power optimization function was given by an example,the relevant design parameters were calculated,and the design parameters were realized and calibrated finally.Experimental result showed that the improved design algorithm and multi-objective optimization design could be accurate and effective,and the magnetorquer designed and calculated by the proposed method has been fully applied in the"Jilin-1"constellation series satellite already.
