不同组元复合熔剂的熔融特性及其对瓷质玻化砖性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以钾长石、钠长石二元熔剂为基础,研究了从钾、钠长石二元复合熔剂到三元、四元和五元复合熔剂对熔剂样品的熔融特性。结合多元复合熔剂样品的熔融特性、显微结构和晶相分析,探索了多元复合熔剂对建筑陶瓷产品形变的影响规律。研究结果表明:在以二元"K2O-Na2O"组成熔剂的基础上,引入锂瓷石、黑滑石、硅灰石等代替部分的钾钠长石组成的多元复合熔剂,将其引入实际建筑陶瓷坯料中,"K2O-Na2O-Li2O-Mg O-Ca O"五元复合熔剂使瓷质玻化砖产品变形量更小,其烧结温度为1120~1160℃,适合于工业化生产。 The fusing characteristics of flux samples from potash feldspar,albite binary flux to ternary,quaternary and five compound flux were studied on the basis of potassium feldspar and albite binary flux.The influence of the multiple composite flux on the deformation of the building ceramic product was studied by the analysis of the melt,microstructure and crystal phase of the multiple flux sample.The results show that,on the basis of"K2O-Na2O"composition flux,the multiple compound fluxes,which is composed of lithium porcelain stone,black talc,wollastonite,are introduced into the building ceramic,"K2O-Na2O-Li2O-Mg O-Ca O"compound flux reduces the deformation amount of the porcelain building ceramic product.The sintering temperature is 1120~1160℃,whic is suitable for industrial production.
