摘要
航天试验装备维修保障资源配置效率是推动航天试验任务集约高效发展的重要方面,针对航天试验装备维修保障资源配置效率评价,提出了主成分和数据包络组合分析方法(PCA-DEA),介绍了方法的基本原理和组合运用的流程,进行了实证分析,验证了该方法在航天试验装备维修保障资源配置效率评价中的可行性和有效性。
The efficiency of resource allocation of space test equipment maintenance support is an important aspect of promoting the intensive and efficient development of space test missions.In this paper,the principal component and data envelope combination analysis method(PCA-DEA)is proposed for evaluating the efficiency of resource allocation of space test equipment maintenance support.This paper introduces the basic principle of the method and the process of combination application,and carries on the empirical analysis,and validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in evaluating the efficiency of resource allocation of space test equipment maintenance support.
