论“立德树人”视角下高校辅导员德育建设

On the Construction of Moral Education for Counselors from the Perspective of"Lithushuren"

高校辅导员是高校思想政治教育一线工作者,是落实新时代教育方针的重要力量。育人先立德,辅导员自身的德育建设是打造"学生健康成长指导者和引路人"的首要条件。文章通过界定"立德树人"视角下辅导员道德观的概念,分析高校辅导员德育建设的现存的五类问题及其原因。找出四种相对应的辅导员德育建设途径,创新辅导员队伍建设方法,用"德"铸就辅导员师德之魂,从而稳定这支思想政治教育队伍。

College counselors are front-line workers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and they are an important force in implementing the educational principles of the new era.Morality comes first over education,morality of the counselor’s own moral education is the first condition to create a"student healthy growth instructor and guide".The article analyzes the four existing problems and their causes of moral education construction in colleges and universities by defining the concept of morality of counselors from the perspective of"building people with morality".Find out four corresponding ways to build morality of counselors,innovate the method of counselor team construction,use"morality"to cast the moral soul of counselors,and stabilize this ideological and political education team.
