地方应用型高校产教深度融合推进机制研究

Research on Promoting Mechanism of Deep Integration of Production and Education in Local Applied Universities

地方应用型高校是以应用型、专业型、技术型人才培养为主,结合区域经济发展需求而形成的高等教育形式。在新时代下,地方应用型高校亟需创新人才培养机制,注重因材施教、知行统一、学思结合,才能构建出基于学生需求的人才教育机制。而产教融合能够使地方应用型高校结合自身教学优势与当地行业特色,发挥多元化、多样化的培养功能,推动学生的全面成长。因此推进产教融合快速发展,对地方应用型高校的长远发展与现代人才的培养具有难以替代的作用。文章结合创新型与应用型人才培育的问题,明确产教融合培养价值,提出产教深度融合机制的构建策略。

Local application-oriented colleges are mainly based on the cultivation of application-oriented,professional and technical talents,and are a form of higher education that combines with the needs of regional economic development.In the new era,local application-oriented universities urgently need to innovate talent training mechanisms,focusing on teaching students according to their aptitude,unifying knowledge and action,and combining learning with thinking,in order to build a talent education mechanism based on students’needs.The integration of industry and education can enable local applied universities to combine their own teaching advantages and local industry characteristics,play a diversified and diverse training function,and promote the overall growth of students.Therefore,promoting the rapid development of the integration of industry and education has an irreplaceable role in the long-term development of local applied universities and the cultivation of modern talents.This article combines the problems of innovative and applied talent cultivation,clarifies the value of industry-education integration training,and proposes the construction strategy of the deep integration mechanism of industry-education.
