摘要
互联网环境下的师生互动具有多样性以及有效性特征,但互联网在为师生互动带来积极影响的同时也带来一些挑战。高校师生教学互动应遵循规范性和融合性原则,通过以知识传播为载体,提高学生能力、依托网络信息技术,培养学生创新能力、优化教学方式方法,发挥学生主体作用、通过奖励政策机制,让学生获得成就感等有效路径,提高师生教学互动的有效性。
The teacher-student interaction in the Internet environment has the characteristics of diversity and effectiveness,but the Internet brings some challenges to the teacher-student interaction as well as positive impact.The interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities should follow the principles of standardization and integration.By using knowledge dissemination as a carrier to improve students’abilities,rely on network information technology,cultivate students’innovative ability,optimize teaching methods and methods,give full play to the role of students and pass reward policy mechanisms,Let students obtain effective paths such as a sense of accomplishment,and improve the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction.
