"十四五"期间,南山区将进入发展由量扩张到质提升转变的过渡期,资源难以为继、环境为继的约束日益凸显,因此,探索城区绿色发展模式,保护城区生态格局,提高居民生活幸福指数,对"十四五"期间南山区生态文明建设具有重大意义。

During the"14th five year plan"period,Nanshan District has entered the transition period from quantity expansion to quality improvement,and the constraints of resources and environment are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the green development mode of urban area,protect the ecological pattern of urban area,and improve the index of residents’life happiness.
