摘要 单元流化高效节气先导式自动栓塞输送系统自动成栓阀后,自动成栓阀可自动在堵灰处加气进行疏通,能够有效地解决气力输送的堵管问题。本文通过对先导式输灰系统结构及改造方式的研究,对系统改造后的节能效果和投资回收进行分析,确定输灰系统改造的可行性方案。 After the automatic plug valve of the unit fluidization high efficiency throttle pilot type automatic embolism conveying system, the automatic plug valve can automatically add air to dredge at the ash blocking place, which can effectively solve the pipe blockage problem of pneumatic conveying. In this paper, through the research on the structure and transformation mode of the pilot type ash conveying system, the energy-saving effect and investment recovery after the system transformation are analyzed, and the feasibility scheme for the transformation of the ash conveying system is determined.
