摘要
教育情怀是教育工作者对教育的理解,对教育事业产生的职业情感、价值取向和具体的教育行为,以及执着于教书育人的精神品质。学前教育专业师范生的教育情怀包含职业情感、职业责任、儿童观、人文底蕴与科学精神。培育学前教育专业师范生的教育情怀能够强化其从教意愿,稳定幼教师资队伍,丰富其对幼儿的爱心和责任心,使其能更好地胜任幼儿健康成长的启蒙者和引路人的职责,激励其终生从事幼教职业,追求成长为教育家型教师的职业理想。高校作为学前教育专业师范生教育情怀的培育主体,要协同政府、社会多方合力,开展不同阶段多种类型的专业领航教育,提升专业课程设置与幼教机构需求的耦合度,创设职业指向明确的校园文化环境。
Educational feelings are the spiritual quality for educators who persist in educating and educational understanding,occupational emotion attitude of education,value orientation,and detailed educational behavior.The educational feelings of normal school students majoring in preschool education include occupational emotions,occupational responsibility,views on children,humanistic connotations,and scientific spirits.Cultivating the educational feelings of normal school students majoring in preschool education helps to strengthen the teaching intention,stabilize preschool teaching staffs,enrich students'love and sense of responsibility on children,make them more competent for taking the responsibility of being the enlightener and the guide who help to bring about children's sound growth,motivate their lifelong career in preschool education,and pursue the career ideal of developing to an educationalist-type teacher.Universities as the main role of cultivating the educational feelings of normal school students majoring in preschool education,should collaborate with the government and social forces to raise professional pilot education of different stages and various types,promote the coupling of professional course construction and the needs of preschool educational institutions,and create the campus culture environment with clear career direction.
