自媒体时代,公共话语权逐渐平民化,现实生活中的突发事件,极易在网络空间引起舆论危机,尤其是针对政府公信力的网络公共舆论危机——“塔西佗陷阱”。网络舆论政府公信力危机既不利于网络良好生态的形成,更易引发现实社会风险。网络公共舆论危机——“塔西佗陷阱”主要表现为无论政府说什么,舆论参与者都一概不信任,其产生的原因主要在于政府应对舆论危机不当,其危害主要是损害政府威信,引发社会风险。面对网络公共舆论“塔西佗陷阱”,政府应通过主导舆论态势,构建新型主流媒体,坚定人民主体地位来化解危机,引导网络公共舆论健康发展。
