摘要
以大型石化企业流程模拟应用为基础,介绍了运用流程模拟软件Petro–SIM v6.2构建炼化一体化全流程模型,准确表征各单装置及全厂实际运行性能,并以效益最大化为目标,运用模型开展炼化一体化生产计划优化方案测算,对原料品种、数量、操作条件进行优化,对中间物料产品切割和流向进行研究,从而有效识别和评估优化增效方案等一系列实践的工作方法、技术路线、应用效果和后续展望,也是Petro–SIM最新版软件在国内大型石化企业实现炼化一体化全流程模拟应用的经验探索。
Based on process simulation in a large petrochemical complex,this paper introduces the application of process simulation software PETRO-SIM V6.2 to establish the whole-process model for an integrated refiningchemical operation,so as to accurately present the actual operation conditions of each unit and the whole complex.And with benefit maximization as the aim,the model is used to calculate for the optimization scheme for the integrated refining-chemical operation planning,improve on the feedslates and operating conditions,and research on the cutting and flow of intermediate products,in order to effectively identify and assess the efficiency of optimization scheme,including operation methods,technical route,application effect and follow-up prospects.As valuable experience and beneficial exploration,this is the first time for the latest-version Petro-SIM to simulate the integrated refining-chemical whole process in a large petrochemical complex in China..
