摘要
合理的电源负荷分配规划对提高电力系统的安全性、可靠性以及经济型有着重要的作用。对于中长期电力系统扩展建设、规划,通过合理的计算能够有效减小成本以及获得最大利益。本文采用IEEE-RTS系统已知的机组技术与经济参数、系统典型日负荷特性、机组可靠性参数,以不低于20%系统备用容量、N-1准则为约束,建立了相应约束条件下以电力系统总费用最小的模型。利用遗传算法具有求解复杂非线性问题解的优势,得到最优的电源分配规划模型。
Reasonable power load distribution planning plays an important role in improving the safety,reliability,and economy of power systems.For medium-and long-term power system expansion construction and planning,reasonable calculations can effectively reduce costs and obtain maximum benefits.This paper adopts the known unit technology and economic parameters of the IEEE-RTS system,the typical daily load characteristics of the system,and the unit reliability parameters.It is constrained by not less than 20% system reserve capacity and the N-1 criterion.The model with the lowest total cost of the power system.The use of genetic algorithms has the advantage of solving complex non-linear problems,and the optimal power distribution planning model is obtained.
