摘要
由于传统基坑降水控制系统存在降水不及时,难满足现场土方开挖及施工要求;易导致降水过度、抽水量过大,引起基坑周边建(构)筑物形位变化;无法实时把控降水,受人为影响因素大,等问题。现将物联网和自动化控制管理与数据分析等功能的DSC控制单元两大技术应用于基坑降水,研发一套基坑智能降水井系统。该系统可实现据地下水位降幅情况,自动控制降水井开启或关闭;可视化、直观判断临近降水井抽排水是否引起基坑周边道路、建(构)筑物、管线等形位变化,同时显示每口井异常与否,为工人维修降水井提供便捷;以无线网络形式,将现场降水井实际抽水情况及相关参数信息数字化传送到电脑显示界面,达到实时把控基坑降水目的。
The traditional foundation pit dewatering control system does not work in a timely manner,hence it hardly meets the requirements of excavation and construction on site.It tends to cause excessive dewatering and pumping,resulting in changes in shape and position of buildings(structures)around the foundation pit and other safety problems as well.In addition,it is unable to control the dewatering in real time and greatly affected by man made factors.Now,the technologies of DSC unit,including Internet of things,automatic control management and data analysis,are applied to foundation pit dewatering to develop an intelligent dewatering well system.This system features the following functions.For instance,it can automatically control on and off of the dewatering well according to the downward groundwater level.It can be used to visually and intuitively judge whether the drainage near the well causes changes of shape of roads,buildings(structures)or pipelines around the foundation pit,at the same time display whether each well is working well,which provides convenience for workers to maintain.Besides,in form of wireless network,pumping of the dewatering well on site and relevant parameters can be digitally transmitted to computer display interface so as to control the dewatering of foundation pit in real time.
