考虑可再生能源不确定性和数据异构的送端电网电源出力优化控制模型 被引量:11

Optimal control model for output of sending-end grid considering uncertainty of renewable energy and data heterogeneity

摘要 针对可再生能源异构数据及一次能源不确定性导致的电源出力控制问题,提出了基于多能源数据网络动态特性及负荷跟踪性能约束的风、光、火打捆送出的送端电网功率优化控制模型。根据多种类的一次能源、能源转换及电能输出数据异构特性,建立考虑多电源节点数据测量采样间隔内一次能源不确定性的送端电网多能源异构数据网络模型;在此基础上,研究了基于送端电网负荷扰动下的一次能源输入不确定性的电能出力输出控制的动态误差优化方法,建立基于送端电网负荷跟踪性能优化的H2/H∞控制模型。以东北某送端电网数据及IEEE3机9节点模型为基础,建立基于可再生能源异构数据及不确定性的送端电网功率动态优化控制仿真模型。仿真分析表明,文章所提出的电源出力控制算法能够在提高对一次能源不确定性适应能力的同时,有效提升送端电网的负荷波动跟踪性能。 In view of the problem of power output control caused by the heterogeneous data of renewable energy and the uncertainty of primary energy,a power optimization control model for the power grid at the sending end based on multi-energy data network dynamic characteristics and load tracking performance constraints is proposed.First,based on heterogeneous data characteristics of multiple primary energy,energy conversion and electrical energy output,a multi-energy heterogeneous data network model of the transmission-end power grid considering the uncertainty of primary energy within the data measurement sampling interval of multiple power supply nodes is established.On this basis,the dynamic error optimization method of electric energy output control based on the uncertainty of primary energy input under the load disturbance of the sending-end grid is studied,and the H2/H∞control model based on the optimization of the load tracking performance of the sending-end grid is established.On this basis,the dynamic error optimization method based on the primary power input uncertainty of the power supply output disturbance under the control of the power supply output disturbance is established,and a control model based on the optimization of the load tracking performance of the power supply network is established.Based on the IEEE3-machine 9-node model,a simulation model of dynamic optimization control of the power transmission network based on the heterogeneous data of renewable energy and uncertainty is established.The simulation analysis shows that the power output control algorithm proposed in the article can improve the ability to adapt to the uncertainty of primary energy,and effectively improve the load fluctuation tracking performance of the sender grid.
