气流柔软整理机喷射结构数值优化研究

摘要 为了研究纺织面料气流柔软整理机结构的关键几何参数对流道喷射结构气流场及面料的影响,基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,借助正交试验法获取不同几何参数的喷射结构,建立喷射结构气流场的数值分析模型,采用流固耦合计算模型和重整化群k-ε(RNG k-ε)湍流模型开展不同喷射结构的内部流场及面料受力情况分析。结果表明:面料表面的平均压力及气流平均速度基本与喷嘴距离面料的高度及喷嘴间距成反比关系,与喷嘴数成正比关系。气流柔软机喷射结构对面料处理效果最佳的工艺参数为:出口射流倾斜角度10°、布宽4 m、喷嘴数4个、气腔喷嘴大小100 mm、喷嘴距离面料高度50 mm、喷嘴间距500 mm。 In order to study the influence of the key geometric parameters of the fabric airflow soft finishing machine structure on the airflow field and fabric,the orthogonal experimental method was used to obtain the jet structure of different geometric parameters and establish the numerical model for air flow channel of jet structure based on ANSYS Workbench software.The internal jet structure airflow field and fabric stress of different injection structures were analyzed by using the fluid-structure coupling calculation model and the RNG(Renormalization Group)k-εturbulence model.The results show that the average pressure on the surface of the fabric and the average velocity of the airflow are inversely proportional to the height of the nozzle and the nozzle spacing,and proportional to the number of nozzles.The optimum design parameters of jet structure of soft finishing machine for fabrics are exit flow port inclination angle 10°,the cloth width 4 m,the nozzle number 4,the air cavity nozzle size 100 mm,the nozzle distance fabric height 50 mm,and the nozzle spacing 500 mm.
