无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果评价

Therapeutic evaluation of non-invasive ventilator in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome

目的探讨无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的效果。方法纳入2017年1月5日~2019年4月4日我院治疗的96例患儿进行研究。依据随机对照原则分为两组,每组48例。对照组常规吸氧治疗,观察组无创呼吸机治疗。观察两组患者疗效、血气指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血气指标改善较好,动脉血pH值、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)水平高于对照组,呼吸频率、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(2.08%)明显低于对照组(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗新生儿NRDS效果较好,可以改善患儿的血气指标,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of non-invasive ventilator in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods A total of 96 neonates admitted in our hospital from January 5,2017 to April 4,2019 were selected in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups using the controlled method,with 48 in each group.Patients in the control group received routine oxygen therapy while the observation group accepted non-invasive ventilator.Therapeutic efficacy,blood gas indices and the incidence of complications were observed.Results The total effective rate(95.83%)in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group showed better recovery of blood gases,featuring higher arterial pH,higher levels of partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and oxygen saturation of blood(SaO2),lower respiratory rate and lower levels of partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery(PaCO2)than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group(2.08%)was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator showed favorable therapeutic efficacy in NRDS with satisfactory recovery of blood gases and a low incidence rate of complications.
