支气管扩张剂联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗慢阻肺的效果

Effect of bronchodilator combined with inhaled glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用支气管扩张剂联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2020年1月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组单用支气管扩张剂治疗,观察组采用支气管扩张剂联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗后的生活质量,并比较两组患者的满意度情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组躯体(23.81±2.85)分、认知(23.05±2.47)分、情绪(25.06±2.93)分、角色(20.94±2.75)分、社会功能(24.02±2.66)分、总体健康(26.86±2.83)分,均高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意率为90.00%,高于对照组患者的70.00%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗当中,采用支气管扩张剂联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗,能够取得理想的临床疗效,同时对于患者生活质量也有积极的影响。

Objective To study the efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were treated with bronchodilator combined with inhaled corticosteroids.Methods 80 patients with COPD who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given bronchodilator alone,and the observation group was given bronchodilator combined with inhaled glucocorticoid.The therapeutic effect and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction was also compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that of 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of physical body was(23.81±2.85),the cognition score was(23.05±2.47),the emotion score was(25.06±2.93),the role score was(20.94±2.75),the score of social function was(24.02±2.66),and the score of overall health was(26.86±2.83)in the observation group,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the use of bronchodilators combined with inhaled glucocorticoid therapy can achieve the desired clinical efficacy,and also have a positive effect on the quality of life of patients.
