NLR、血清胱抑素C及IL-6检测在冠心病患者中的应用价值

Application value of NLR,serum cystatin C and IL-6 detection in the patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨NLR、CysC及IL-6联合检测在冠心病患者中的应用价值。方法选取本院在2016年6月~2018年6月住院的85例冠心病患者作为研究对象,选取同期40例健康人群作为对照组,对两组的血清中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平进行分析测定,并对结果进行分析。同时测定患者总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等生化指标,并对结果进行分析。结果冠心病患者的NLR、CysC、IL-6检测水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在冠心病患者中又以急性心肌梗死的NLR、CysC及IL-6各项检测值最高,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)各项检测值相对最低,且三组间检测水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NLR、CysC、IL-6在冠心病尤其是急性心肌梗死中显著升高,可作为冠心病的评价指标之一。

Objective To explore the application value of NLR,serum cystatin C and IL-6 combined detection in the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 85 patients with CHD hospitalized in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects of research,and 40 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time.The serum neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),serum cystatin C(CysC)and interleukin 6(IL-6)levels of the two groups were analyzed and determined,and the results were analyzed.Meanwhile,the biochemical indexes such as total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and so on were determined,and the results were analyzed.Results The levels of NLR,serum CysC,IL-6 in the patients with CHD were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the patients with CHD,the detection values of NLR,CysC and IL-6 of the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)were the highest,while those of the patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)were the lowest,and the detection levels among the three groups were significantly different with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion NLR,CysC,IL-6 are significantly increased in the patients with CHD,especially AMI.They might be used among the evaluation indexes of CHD.
