氧化田菁胶接枝聚乙酸乙烯酯的性能研究

摘要 研究氧化田菁胶接枝聚乙酸乙烯酯的制备及上浆性能。采用各组分不同用量的氧化田菁胶接枝聚乙酸乙烯酯对涤棉混纺纱进行浆纱,以断裂强力、断裂伸长率、耐磨性及毛羽数为评价指标进行测试,得到各组分最佳用量并对所制备的浆料进行表征。结果表明:制备氧化田菁胶接枝聚乙酸乙烯酯浆料各组分最佳用量为次氯酸钠2.0 mL,乙酸乙烯酯0.5 mL,过硫酸钠0.010 g。认为:所制备的氧化田菁胶接枝聚乙酸乙烯酯浆料热稳定性较好,可满足浆纱及织造需求。 The preparation and sizing properties of oxidized sesbania gum grafted polyvinyl acetate were stud⁃ied.The oxidized sesbania gum grafted polyvinyl acetates with different dosages of different components were adopt⁃ed for the sizing of polyester cotton blended yarn.Breaking strength,breaking elongation,abrasion resistance and hair⁃iness number were taken as the evaluation indexes for testing.The optimized dosages of each components were ob⁃tained.The prepared size mixture were evaluated.The test results showed that the optimized dosages of each compo⁃nents to prepare oxidized sesbania gum grafted polyvinyl acetate was 2.0 mL for sodium hypochlorite,0.5 mL for vinyl acetate and 0.010 g for sodium persulfate.It is considered that the oxidized sesbania gum grafted polyvinyl ace⁃tate size mixture has better thermal stability.It can meet the requirement of sizing and weaving.
