棉织物负载硫氮共掺杂TiO2光催化的抗菌整理 被引量:5

摘要 为了开发高品质的耐久性抗菌棉织物,采用快速溶胶⁃凝胶法制备硫、氮共掺杂TiO2溶胶,通过浸渍和热处理将掺杂TiO2负载于棉织物上制得抗菌织物。分析了表征掺杂TiO2的吸收光谱和抗菌织物的显微结构;测试了不同整理工艺所制抗菌织物的抗菌性能。结果表明:带液率80%、烘干温度130℃、烘干时间80 min时,所制得抗菌织物对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达99.5%,经20次洗涤后,其抑菌率仍达93.3%;抗菌织物的强力、吸湿、白度、pH值等满足服用性能和安全规范要求。 To develop durability antibacterial cotton fabric with higher quality,fast sol-gel method was adopted to prepare S-N co-doped TiO2.Through dipping and thermal treatment,doped TiO2 was loaded in cotton fabric to produce antibacterial fabric.The absorption spectrum of doped TiO2 and microstructure of antibacterial fabric were evaluated and analyzed.The antibacterial property of the obtained antibacterial fabric with different finishing process were tested.The test results showed that the antibacterial rate of obtained antibacterial fabric on escherichia coli was reached up to 99.5% when the liquid carrying rate was 80%,drying temperature was 130 ℃ and the drying time was 80 min.After 20 times washing,the antibacterial rate was still reached up to 93.3%.The strength,moisture absorption,whiteness,pH value and so on of the antibacterial fabrics could meet the wearability and safety requirement.
