摘要
探讨提高YG041型原棉杂质分析机结果准确性的方法。分析了YG041型原棉杂质分析机在使用过程中会出现喂棉不当、网板封闭、收杂方式不当、气流不正常等问题,针对问题提出改进措施:规范喂棉厚度和宽度,通风网板改为活动式,增加杂质托盘,确保气流和出风通道畅通等。认为:使用者应规范操作,应进一步对原棉杂质分析机进行升级改造,可有效提高结果准确性。
Methods to improve accuracy of YG041 raw cotton impurity analysis machine were discussed.Prob⁃lems encountered during use process,such as improper cotton feeding,mesh plate blocking,improper collection mode and abnormal air flow in YG041 raw cotton impurity analysis machine were analyzed.Improvement measures were proposed for the problems.Thickness and width of cotton feeding were regulated,mesh plate was changed to movable type,an impurity tray was added to ensure airflow and air outlet channels smooth.It is considered that opera⁃tion of user should be standardized,raw cotton impurity analysis machine should be further upgraded which can effec⁃tively improve the accuracy of results.
