摘要 探讨超细特莫代尔4.9 tex赛络集聚纺针织纱的工艺优化措施。简述了莫代尔纤维的性能指标和生产难点,通过对超细特莫代尔纤维的纺前预处理来降低棉结和短绒,清梳棉采取短流程工艺以减少纤维损伤,梳棉主要降低短绒增长,并条采用带自调匀整的并条机以改善条子质量,粗纱采取粗纱重定量与较大捻系数的设计,细纱采用赛络集聚纺技术等措施,最终生产出质量指标较好的赛络集聚纺莫代尔4.9 tex纱。认为:通过一系列技术措施的实施,可保证所纺产品的成纱质量能够满足高档针织纱的要求。 Process optimization measures of superfine modal 4.9 tex siro condensed knitting yarn were dis⁃cussed.Property index and production difficulties of modal fibers were briefly described.Pre-treatment before spin⁃ning of superfine modal fibers was used to reduce neps and short fiber.In carding cotton,a short process was adopted in blowing carding process to reduce fiber damage.Short fiber growth was mainly reducesd in carding process.Auto⁃leveler draw frame was adopted to improve sliver quality.Design of roving heavy weight per unit and larger twist fac⁃tor were adopted in roving process.Technology measures such as siro condensed was adopted in spinning process.Siro condensed modal 4.9 tex yarn was successfully spun with better quality index.It is considered that through im⁃plementation of a series of technology measures,yarn quality of the products can be guaranteed to meet requirements of high-end knitting yarn.
