Application effect and maintenance method of spinning frame with thousands spindles were dis⁃cussed.Structural characteristics of spinning frame with thousands spindles were analyzed.Daily operation mainte⁃nance of main control part and integral automatic doffing part,fine management of spinning frame with thousands spindles were described.It was pointed out that better equipment status was the basis for ensuring spinning.Accord⁃ing to characteristics of spinning frame with thousands spindles,maintenance,accessory selection and use of automat⁃ic doffing should be well done.It is considered that as spinning frame gradually develops into automation and intelli⁃gence,maintenance mode suitable for spinning frame with thousands spindles should be established.Main control part and automatic doffing system should be emphatically controlled,which play the role of high-speed,higher effi⁃ciency and higher yield function of spinning frame with thousands spindles and reduce labor intensity of workers and improve spinning quality.
