摘要
从加强教育惩戒的源头治理和过程治理来看,在中小学教师实施教育惩戒的全流程中纳入家校共育视角,重视父母参与的深度,提升家校合作的层次,有助于促进学生道德发展,改善学校氛围,进而构建家校育人共同体,最终实现教育惩戒的良性运转。对此,本研究从学理上分析父母和家庭在教育惩戒中的角色和作用,借鉴美国在大多数中小学推广的多层次支持系统的实践经验,针对《中小学教师实施教育惩戒规则(征求意见稿)》的文本,从原则和具体操作上提出了完善的建议。
From the perspective of strengthening the source governance and process governance of education disciplining,to integrate the perspective of family-school co-education into the whole process of implementing education disciplining by school teachers,to pay attention to the depth of parents’participation and to improve the level of family-school cooperation will be helpful to promote the moral development of students,improve the school atmosphere,build a family-school education community,and finally realize the healthy operation of education disciplining.In this regard,the role and function of parents and families in education disciplining are analyzed from the perspective of academic theory,and the practical experience of the multi-level support system promoted in most primary and secondary schools in the United States is used for reference.In view of the text of“Rules of Primary and Secondary Teachers Implementing Education Disciplining(Draft)”,some suggestions are put forward from the perspective of principle and specific operation.
