摘要
学校仪式是学校教育“以文化人”的重要载体,但已有研究鲜见对学校仪式文化育人路径的探讨。建构由文化理解到文化认同,再到文化传承的学校仪式育人路径,有利于发挥仪式文化所具有的潜移默化的教育作用,从而使学校仪式发挥长久的育人功能。具体而言,通过展示并阐释学校仪式的典型象征符号、讲述学校仪式的历史渊源和发展脉络,增进学生对仪式文化内涵的理解;通过激活文化记忆、增进文化体验、感悟文化力量的方式,引导学生对仪式文化的认同;通过充分发挥学校仪式的文化传承功能、审慎选择学校仪式的文化传承内容、重视基于身体体验的文化传承过程、设计与生活相融合的文化传承形式,促进学生对仪式文化的传承。
Ritual in school is an important carrier of“cultivating people with culture”.However,there are few studies on the path of“cultivating people with culture”of school ritual.The construction of the education path of school ritual from cultural understanding to cultural identity and then to cultural inheritance is conducive to play the subtle educational role of the cultural connotation of ritual,so as to make school ritual play a long-term educational effect.Specifically,to improve students’understanding of the cultural connotation of ritual,we can display and explain the typical symbols of school ritual,and tell the historical origin and development of school ritual.To guide students to recognize the culture of ritual,we can activate cultural memory,enhance cultural experience and understand cultural power.To promote students’inheritance of culture of ritual,it is necessary to give full play to the cultural inheritance function of school ritual,carefully select the cultural inheritance contents of school ritual,attach importance to the cultural inheritance process based on physical experience,and design the cultural inheritance form integrating with life.
