Present Situation and Development Suggestion of Plastic Film Recycling in Hengshui City

地膜覆盖技术有效解决了干旱这一制约衡水农业发展的瓶颈,极大地推动了农业生产发展,同时地膜给农业农村环境带来的负面影响越来越大,已成为农业生态环境领域关注的热点。文章以衡水市为例,阐述了地膜使用的基本情况、回收利用情况及存在的主要问题,并就下一步持续发展提出了建议。

Plastic film mulching technology effectively solves the bottleneck of drought,which restricts the development of agriculture in Hengshui,and greatly promotes the development of agricultural production.At the same time,the negative impact of plastic film on the agricultural and rural environment is growing,which has become a hot topic in the field of agricultural ecological environment.Taking Hengshui City as an example,this paper expounds the basic situation of the use of mulch film,the situation of recycling and the main problems existing,and puts forward suggestions for the further sustainable development.
