产教融合模式下硕士研究生创新能力培养探析

On the Cultivation of Postgraduates'Innovative Ability under the Integration of Industry and Education

当前,我国高校硕士研究生的人数虽不断增长,却普遍存在创新意识偏低、创新能力不足等现象。创新是各国提升自身综合国力的重要手段,而硕士研究生是国家创新人员的重要后备力量,其创新能力的培养在很大程度上影响着国家创新水平的提升。文章从培养硕士研究生创新能力的必要性出发,分析了在产教融合模式下培养硕士研究生创新能力的作用,并提出了相应的培养策略。

At present, although the number of postgraduates in colleges and universities in my country continues to increase, there is a general phenomenon of low innovation awareness and insufficient innovation ability. Innovation is an important means for countries to improve their comprehensive national strength, and postgraduates are an important reserve force for innovators in my country. The cultivation of their innovation ability has greatly affected the improvement of innovation level. Based on the necessity of cultivating the innovative ability of graduate students, this paper analyzes the role of cultivating the innovative ability of graduate students in the mode of industry-education integration, and proposes corresponding training strategies.
