摘要
羊肉在日常饮食中占据着较高地位,其质量安全直接影响人们的身体健康水平,因此要做好羊的养殖与防疫工作,以获得质量优良的产品。文章围绕羊养殖防疫体系建设现状,分析体系建设过程中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出几点改善建议,以期有益于提升动物疫情防控能力,使肉类食品安全得到充分保障。
Lamb is one of the products that modern groups like.It occupies a high position in the daily diet.Its quality and safety are closely related to the level of substrate health.Sheep breeding and epidemic prevention work must be done to obtain more quality.The article focuses on the current status of domestic sheep breeding and epidemic prevention system construction,analyzes the main problems in the system construction process,and puts forward several suggestions for improvement in order to improve the animal epidemic prevention and control capabilities,so that the safety of meat food is fully guaranteed.
