摘要
目的探讨规范化培训护士人文执业能力与心理资本的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、护士人文执业能力量表、护士心理资本问卷(中文修订版)于2019年6~8月对广东省4所三甲医院的955名规范化培训护士进行调查。结果规范化培训护士的人文执业能力总分为(111.45±16.11)分,心理资本总分为(95.25±15.48)分,相关性研究显示二者呈正相关(r=0.697,P<0.01);回归分析显示护龄、来自家人的关心程度、自我效能、希望是规范化培训护士人文执业能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01),可预测规范化培训护士人文执业能力总变异的50.4%。结论规范化培训护士人文执业能力处于中等水平,心理资本处于中上水平,两者呈正相关。护理管理者应从心理资本角度加强对护士的培训,有利于提高护士的人文执业能力。
Objective To explore the relationship between humanistic practice ability and psychological capital of nurses during the standardized training period.Methods A total of 955 nurses during the standardized training period were investigated using the general information questionnaire,Nurse Humanistic Practice Ability Scale and Nurse Psychological Capital Scale(Chinese version).Results The total score for humanistic practice ability was(111.45±16.11)points,and that for psychological capital was(95.25±15.48)points,with the 2 scores having a positive correlation(r=0.697,P<0.01).A hierarchical regression analysis showed that,service length,concerns from family,self-efficacy and hope of psychological capital were the main factors influencing humanistic practice ability of nurses during the standardized training period(P<0.05,P<0.01),and psychological capital could explain 50.4%of the total variance of humanistic practice ability.Conclusion The humanistic practice ability and psychological capital of nurses during the standardized training period are both at medium level,and the two variables enjoy a positive correlation.Nurses managers should ramp up training from perspective of psychological capital to enhance the humanistic practice ability of nurses during the standardized training period.
