摘要
建立了QuEChERS法净化样品,高效液相色谱法同时测定茶叶中吡虫啉和除虫脲的检测方法。茶叶样品经乙腈提取,加入聚酰胺净化,以乙腈和水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用C18色谱柱分离。吡虫啉和除虫脲的回收率为87.4%~112.1%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~4.2%,该方法前处理简单,分析速度快,稳定可靠,适用于茶叶中吡虫啉和除虫脲残留量的快速同时测定。
A method was developed for simultaneous determination of imidacloprid and diflubenzuron in tea by high perfor⁃mance liquid chromatography.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with QuEChERS method using polyamide.The target analytes were separated by C18 column with gradient elution using water and acetonitrile.The average recoveries of the target analytes in tea at three spiked levels were in the range 87.4%~112.1%,with relative standard devi⁃ations(RSDs)of 2.0%~4.2%.The results of validation tests indicated that the method was sensitive and accurate,The simplicity,sensitivity and good precision of the method that indicated it well be suitable simultaneous determination of imi⁃dacloprid and diflubenzuron residues in tea.
