“贺氏针灸三通法”治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating cerebral palsy by the He’s acupuncture Santong therapy

目的:探讨“贺氏针灸三通法”治疗小儿脑瘫(Cerebral Palsy,CP)的临床疗效。方法:选取贺氏三通中医专科门诊部2015年5月-2019年7月收治的86例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,各43例。对照组采用常规康复锻炼治疗,观察组在对照组康复锻炼基础上采取“贺氏针灸三通法”治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后运动功能精细运动功能(Fine Motor Function Measure,FMFM)评估、粗大运动功能评估表(Gross Motor Function Measure,GMFM)情况及治疗效果、证候积分、步态测试等。结果:治疗1个疗程后,观察组患儿证候积分低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,FMFM、GMFM评分提高幅度均大于对照组,步态测试中观察组患儿步长、步宽大于对照组,步速快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用“贺氏针灸三通法”治疗小儿脑瘫有利于改善患儿运动功能及生活质量,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the He’s acupuncture Santong therapy(贺氏针灸三通法)on cerebral palsy.Methods:86 cases were divided into two groups,43 cases in each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was given the He’s acupuncture Santong therapy more.Results:After 1 course of treatment,the syndrome score in the observation group was lower,and the total efficiency was higher,the increase of FMFM and GMFM scores is greater than the control group.In the gait test,the step size and width in the observation group were greater than the control group,and the pace was faster than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The He’s acupuncture Santong therapy on cerebral palsy shows good effects,can improve children’s motor function and quality of life.
