健脾生血颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染合并贫血的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shengxue granule on recurrent respiratory tract infection with anemia

目的:观察健脾生血颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染合并贫血的临床疗效观察。方法:选取襄阳市中医医院儿科2018年5月-2019年4月住院病例79例,治疗组39例在常规治疗基础上给加用健脾生血颗粒,积极纠正贫血,对照组40例在常规治疗基础上给予羧甲淀粉钠溶液口服治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候评分、免疫指标、白细胞及血红蛋白结果,并进行临床综合评价。结果:治疗组临床疗效高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后两组各项中医证候评分较同组治疗前下降明显,且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)A、IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血红蛋白指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾生血颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染合并贫血的临床疗效满意,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Jianpi Shengxue granule(健脾生血颗粒)on recurrent respiratory tract infection with anemia.Methods:79 hospitalized pediatric cases were selected.In the treatment group,39 cases were given the Jianpi Shengxue granules plus routine treatment.In the control group,40 patients were given sodium carboxymethyl starch solution orally with routine treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3 and C4 in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin index in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The jianpi shengxue granule has satisfactory clinical effect on anemia with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
