A review on treating lumbar disc herniation in TCM in the past 5 years

腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation,LDH)的治疗方法一般分为西医手术疗法和中医传统治疗方法。近年来中医传统治疗方法因为机理的深入研究以及与现代科技的结合,进一步得到了国际的肯定,西医手术治疗手段随着科技的发展有较突出的进步,现将最近5年来发表的临床研究进行对比综述如下,以期为临床上更好的应用中医传统治疗方法和进一步改进提供参考。

The treatment methods of lumbar disc herniation are generally divided into Western medicine surgery and TCM treatment.In recent years,due to the in-depth study of the mechanism of TCM and the combination with modern technology.It has gained international recognition.Western medicine surgical treatment methods have made significant progress with the development of technology.The comparative review is as follows,in order to provide a reference for the better clinical application of TCM treatment methods and further improvement.
