非洲猪瘟常态下的生猪产业生物安全对策

Biosecurity Countermeasures of the Pig Industry under the Endemic of African Swine Fever

非洲猪瘟已有近百年历史,近年来在欧洲和亚洲呈蔓延之势。我国自2018年8月沈阳发生首次非洲猪瘟疫情后,至今已报告疫情157起,波及31个省份。非洲猪瘟病毒抵抗力强、传播途径多等特点决定了该病将常态化威胁我国生猪养殖安全。目前,建立并执行严密的生物安全管理体系,是提高生猪产业安全和市场供应保障的最重要的手段。本文概述了生猪养殖场生物安全策略、生猪运输环节生物安全手段、屠宰环节生物安全措施及高新技术在生物安全管理中的应用等内容,以供相关企业和管理部门参考。

The century-old African Swine Fever has emerged and reemerged in Europe and Asia in recent years.Since the first outbreak of African Swine Fever in Shenyang in August 2018,157 cases have been reported in China,affecting 31 provinces.The characteristics of African Swine Fever virus such as strong vitality and multiple transmission routes determined that the disease would become a regular threat to the safety of pig industry in China.At present,the establishment and implementation of a rigorous biosecurity management system is the most important measure to improve the safety of the pig industry and the security of pork market.Biosecurity strategies in pig farms,pig transportation and slaughter house were summarized in this paper.Meanwhile,the application of new technologies in the biosecurity management were described also.In conclusion,this study might contribute to strengthen the biosecurity administration for pig farms as well as livestock departments.
