摘要
在二极管箝位型(NPC)三电平逆变器中,若使用直角坐标系的SVPWM算法需要大量的三角函数运算,使得算法繁琐复杂。为简化SVPWM算法,本文提出基于60°坐标系的SVPWM算法,该算法巧妙利用60°坐标系非正交且坐标轴与某些基本矢量存在着空间平行等特点,简化了参考电压矢量所在位置的判定;使用最近三矢量法和伏秒平衡原理求得基本矢量及其作用时间,然后用七段式SVPWM产生实际的脉宽调制波形。本文提出算法的有效性和可行性已在MATLAB仿真平台上得到了验证。
In the Neutral Point Clamped(NPC)three-level inverter,if the SVPWM algorithm using the rectangular coordinate system requires a large number of trigonometric function operations,the algorithm is complicated and complicated.To simplify the SVPWM algorithm,this paper proposes the SVPWM algorithm based on the 60°coordinate system.This algorithm cleverly utilizes the 60°coordinate system is nonorthogonal and the coordinate axis is parallel to some basic vectors to simplify the reference voltage vector.Determination of location;Use the latest three-vector method and the volt-second balance principle to obtain the basic vector and its action time,and then use the seven-segment SVPWM to generate the actual pulsewidth modulation waveform.The correctness and implementability of the algorithm proposed in this paper are verified on the MATLAB simulation platform.
