逆灸足三里抗自然衰老大鼠皮肤老化的研究

Anti aging effect of routine moxibustion at Zusanli in natural aging rats

目的:探究艾灸足三里对自然衰老大鼠皮肤衰老的影响。方法:选取自然衰老大鼠连续足三里艾灸6个月,H&E和马松染色观察皮肤组织形态和纤维化,检测氧化指标SOD活力和MDA含量,qPCR检测皮肤中多种生长因子的表达,ELISA检测皮肤中雌二醇的含量,Western Blot检测皮肤胶原蛋白的变化。结果:与对照组比较,艾灸组能明显增加皮肤中多种生长因子的表达,增加胶原蛋白和雌二醇的含量,减少衰老带来的皮肤氧化。结论:艾灸能显著缓解老龄鼠的皮肤衰老。

Objective:To investigate the effects of moxibustion at“Zusanli”on skin aging in senile rats.Methods:SD rats accepted consecutive moxibustion for 6 months.The skin tissues were observed by H&E.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content was determined by the instructions.The expression of various growth factors in the skin was detected by qPCR.The content of estradiol in the skin was detected by ELISA.The expression of collagen in skin were detected by Western Blot.Results:Compared with the control group,moxibustion group can significantly increase the expression of various growth factors in the skin,increase the content of collagen and estradiol,and reduce the skin oxidation caused by aging.Conclusion:Moxibustion can significantly alleviate the aging of old mice skin.
