补阳还五汤治疗肺纤维化作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on The Mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in The Treatment of Pulmonary Fibrosis

肺纤维化(pulmonary fibrosis,PF)是多种病因引起的一种慢性炎症性间质性肺疾病,已成为影响人类健康的一种重大疾病,中医药对肺纤维化有良好的治疗效果。近年来,补阳还五汤的抗肺纤维化作用已成为研究的热点。现代药理研究证明,补阳还五汤具有抗血栓、改善血液流变学、清除自由基和抗氧化、抑制细胞凋亡等作用,补阳还五汤可通过多靶点、多途径发挥抗纤维化作用。本文从TGF-β/Smad信号通路、ERK信号通路、PI3k/Akt信号通路、mTOR信号通路等方面对补阳还五汤防治肺纤维化的研究进展进行综述,为补阳还五汤在肺纤维化的研究中提供文献依据。

Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is a chronic inflammatory interstitial lung disease caused by many etiology.It has become a major disease affecting human health.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect on pulmonary fibrosis.In recent years,the anti-pulmonary fibrosis effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction has become a hot spot.Modern pharmacological studies have found that Buyang Huanwu decoction has the effects of anti-thrombus,improving hemorheology,scavenging free radicals and anti-oxidation,inhibiting cell apoptosis and so on.Buyang Huanwu decoction can play an anti-fibrosis role through multiple targets and multiple ways.In this paper,from the aspects of TGF-β/Smad signal pathway,ERK signal pathway,PI3k/Akt signal pathway and mTOR signal pathway,the research progress of Buyang Huanwu decoction in prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis is reviewed.To provide the literature basis for the research of pulmonary fibrosis with Buyang Huanwu decoction.
