摘要
双语教学是烹饪专业教学未来发展趋势。顺应当今教学改革的趋势,以桂林旅游学院为例,从"西餐工艺"课程双语教学的意义、发展现状、教学实施与教学设计、顺利开展的具体措施和双语教学面临的挑战等方面进行阐述,目的是为开设烹饪类专业的相关高校提供一些借鉴,从而提高人才培养质量。
Bilingual teaching is the future development trend of cooking professional teaching.In line with the trend of today’s teaching reform,Guilin Tourism University was taken as an example to elaborate on the significance,development status,teaching implementation and teaching design of the Western Cuisine Technology,the specific measures for smooth development,and the challenges faced by bilingual teaching.The purpose was to provide some reference for the major cusine colleges and universities that to improve the education quality.
