工程教育认证背景下农业院校“食品科学与工程”专业人才培养的思考

Considerration on the Cultivation of Food Science and Engineering Talents in Agricultural Colleges Based on the Engineering Education Certification

在工程教育认证的背景下,为提高食品科学与工程专业人才质量,加强我国食品工业总体实力。从目前我国农业类院校食品科学与工程专业人才培养中存在的问题入手,通过对人才培养过程中培养体系、培养目标和教师队伍的思考,探讨新时期下的食品科学与工程专业人才的培养思路。

Based on the background of engineering certification,in order to improve the quality of food science and engineering professionals,strengthen the overall strength of Chinese food industry.This paper started with the problems existing in the cultivation of food science and engineering professionals in agricultural universities in China at present,and discussed the cultivation ideas of food science and engineering professionals in the new era by thinking about the cultivation system,training objectives and teaching team in the process of talent cultivation.
