基层医院开展超声BI-RADS分级对乳腺良恶性结节诊断价值 被引量:1

Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound BI-RADS Grading in Benign and Malignant Breast Nodules in Primary Hospital

摘要 目的:探讨超声BI-RADS分级在乳腺良恶性结节中的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年3月在我院行乳腺超声检查BI-RADS分级诊断为3-5级的患者95例,结节127个进行分析,随访患者穿刺活检或手术病理检查结果,将其作为诊断金标准进行对比分析。结果:和病理检查相比,超声BI-RADS分级对乳腺结节诊断的敏感度为88.2%(30/34),特异度为95.3%(81/85),准确度为87.4%(111/127),阳性预测值为71.4%(30/42),阴性预测值为87.1%(81/93)。结论:应用超声BI-RADS分级可有效鉴别乳腺结节的良恶性。 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound BI-RADS grading in benign and malignant breast nodules.Methods:From July 2017 to March 2019,95 patients with grade 3 to 5 diagnosed by breast ultrasound BI-RADS grading,127 nodules were selected and analyzed.The results of needle biopsy or Pathological examination were followed up and compared as diagnostic gold standard.Results:compared with pathological examination,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of ultrasound BI-RADS grading in breast nodules were 88.2%(30/34),95.3%(81/85),87.4%(111/127),71.4%(30/42)and 87.1%(81/93),respectively.Conclusion:Ultrasound BI-RADS grading can effectively identify benign and malignant breast nodules.
