婴幼儿胸部X线投照技术和防护效果分析

X-ray Projection Technology and Protective Effect Analysis of Infant Chest

目的:分析婴幼儿胸部X线投照技术和防护效果。方法:选择2018年5月-2019年5月在本院需要接受X线摄像的婴幼儿100例,将其随机分组分为对照组、观察组,一组50例。对照组婴幼儿直接进行X线检查,观察组婴幼儿在进行X线检查前给予护理干预,对比两组婴幼儿一次性检查成功率、家属满意度、一次成功投照所需平均时间以及X线光片合格率。结果:观察组婴幼儿一次性检查成功率显著高于对照组,组间数据对比:P<0.05。而且观察组婴幼儿家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异性对比结果:P<0.05。结论:婴幼儿胸部X线投照技术使用优质的护理措施有利于提高X线投照效果,有效减少重复投照次数,降低X线对婴幼儿的伤害,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the X-ray projection technology and protective effect of infant chest.Methods:To select 100 infants given by X-ray photography in our hospital from 2018.5 to 2019.5,who were divided into control group and observation group randomly,50 cases each group.Thecontrol group were given X-ray examination,the observation group were given nursing intervention before the X-ray examination,the success rate of one-time examination,family satisfaction,the average time required for a successful injection,and the X-ray pass rate were compared between two groups.Results:The success rate of one-time examination of infants in the observation group was higher than the control group,the data contrast between 2 groups:P<0.05.In addition,the family satisfaction of infants in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference contrast between 2 groups:P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of high quality nursing measures in the X-ray projection technology of infant chest is beneficial to improve the X-ray projectioneffect,effectively reduce the number of repeated projection,and reduce the X-ray injury to infant,as well as high application value.
