摘要
从企业人力资源管理信息化创新建设入手,分析了当下企业人力资源管理信息化建设面临的困境,从三个方面即人力资源管理信息化的认识、科学技术在企业人力资源管理信息化的应用、提高管理员整体素质方面进行了信息化创新建设策略分析,其目的在于更好的推进企业人力资源信息化管理,为企业人力资源管理持续发展增添新的活力。
Starting from the innovation construction of enterprise human resource management informatization, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the enterprise human resource management informatization construction, and analyzes the informatization innovation construction strategy from three aspects, namely, the understanding of human resource management informatization, the application of science and technology in enterprise human resource management informatization, and improving the overall quality of administrators, to better promote the enterprise human resource information management, and add new vitality for the sustainable development of enterprise human resource management.
