摘要
综述了邻氨基苯甲酸的合成工艺路线,并对其进行了初步评价。其中两条路线具有较大优势。一是苯酐路线,以邻苯二甲酸酐为起始原料经胺化、霍夫曼降解、酸化3步反应得到目标产物;二是邻硝基苯甲酸路线,以邻硝基苯甲酸为起始原料经还原、酸化两步反应得到目标产物。
The synthetic process route of anthranilic acid was reviewed and several main methods were evaluated.Two of these routes have greater advantages.One is the route of phthalic anhydride,which takes 2,5-Isobenzofurandione as the starting material viathereactions of amination,Hofmann rearrangement,and acidification to get the target product;The second is the route of o-nitrobenzoic acid,using o-nitrobenzoic acid as raw materialvia reduction and acidification to obtain the target product.
