复配药剂促进污泥蛋白发泡性能条件的响应面优化分析

摘要 为促进污泥蛋白的发泡性能,将根据前期试验筛选出的硫酸锌、蔗糖和阿拉伯树胶3种最佳添加剂进行复配,研究复配药剂对污泥蛋白发泡性能的促进作用,并以污泥蛋白泡沫综合指数为评价指标,通过对反应温度、pH值、污泥蛋白体积浓度和和复配药剂添加量4个因素进行单因素试验和响应面优化试验,确定了复配药剂促进污泥蛋白发泡的最佳条件和各因素对污泥蛋白发泡性能影响的显著性大小。结果表明:复配药剂促进污泥蛋白发泡的最佳条件为反应温度44℃、pH值6.9、污泥蛋白体积浓度23.2%、复配药剂添加量0.33 g/300 mL,在此条件下得到的污泥蛋白泡沫综合指数为1020.0,该泡沫综合指数比仅使用单一药剂至少提高了5.42%;各因素对污泥蛋白发泡性能影响的显著性大小排序为pH值>反应温度>复配药剂添加量>污泥蛋白体积浓度。 In order to promote the foaming performance of sludge protein,according to the preliminary test,this paper selects three best additives,namely,zinc sulfate,sucrose and gum Arabic,and mixes them to study the effect of the compound agent on the foaming performance of sludge protein.Taking the foam composite index of the sludge protein as the index,the paper carries out the single factor test and response surface optimization test on four factors including reaction temperature,pH value,volume concentration of sludge protein and the dosage of compound agent,to determine the optimal conditions for the compound agent to promote sludge protein foaming and the significance of each factor influence on the foaming performance of sludge protein.The results show that the optimal conditions are reaction temperature of 44℃,pH value of 6.9,volume concentration of sludge protein of 23.2%,dosage of compound agent of 0.33 g/300 mL,in which the foam composite index of sludge protein reaches 1020.0,5.42%higher than that in the condition only using single agent.The order of the significance of factor influence on the foaming performance of sludge protein is:pH value>reaction temperature>dosage of compound agent>volume concentration of sludge protein.
